Get in Touch with the Right Expert at IUB

http://expert.iu-bremen.de – That is the link to the newly installed web-based science expert database on IUB’s website. A search engine guides you to the scientist you are looking for by offering various search options such as name, teaching area or a full-text search on key-worded research information.

[ Aug 06, 2004]  Three years after IUB started its academic activities the recruitment of scientific personnel is almost complete. In addition to about 100 professors numerous other scientists participate in research and teaching.

To facilitate the contact to this pool of experts for the general public about 100 scientists now present their expertise within an English language database with an interface on IUB’s website. By using the search function journalists, potential collaboration partners, scientists, students and those interested in studying at IUB will be able to specifically identify contact persons from a broad range of research topics, both in the natural sciences and in the humanities and social sciences.

In addition to the research and contact information of the scientists the expert profiles are supplemented by information about services and cooperation on offer. The experts themselves will keep their profiles up-to-date.
