Business Leaders meet IUB: Representative from Global Insight on campus

On April 27, IUB’s Office of Career Services offers students the opportunity to meet with Global Insight representative Dr. Nariman Behravesh, Chief Economist and Executive Vice President. Global Insight is an economic and market forecaster.

[ Apr 26, 2005]  Dr. Behravesh will talk on: “The emergence of China and India as economic powers - Are the EU, the US and Japan prepared?” The lecture will be followed by a discussion and a small reception.

The lecture series “Business leaders meet IUB” is a platform for exchange between industry & commerce and students. Professionals from various industrial sectors and professions are invited to campus to lecture on a topic related to their every day business. The lecturers are also asked to discuss their own professional background and career path. Students are invited to inform themselves further about the presented topic itself and the profession, industrial area or organization to which the presenter(s) belong, in the discussion following the lecture.
