On September 26, the successful lecture series "Business Leaders meet IUB" will be continued. IUB’s Office of Career Services offers students the opportunity to meet with BAT representatives. British American Tobacco is the world’s second largest quoted tobacco group.

[ Sep 21, 2005]  "Marketing Strategies in a Fast Moving Consumer Business" will be presented by four BAT staff members from diverse areas:
Leif Lümkemann (Head of Human Resources - Corporate Development), Frank Offermanns (Head of Trade Marketing & Distribution), Daniel Peters (Brand Executive), and Marta Bialy (Trainee BM). The lecture will be held in the Conference room and starts at 7.30 h. It is followed by a discussion and a small reception.

The lecture series “Business leaders meet IUB” is a platform for exchange between industry & commerce and students. Professionals from various industrial sectors and professions are invited to campus to lecture on a topic related to their every day business. The lecturers are also asked to discuss their own professional background and career path. Students are invited to inform themselves further about the presented topic itself and the profession, industrial area or organization to which the presenter(s) belong, in the discussion following the lecture.
