Representatives of E.ON Energie on Campus

On April 26, the lecture series "Business Leaders meet IUB" will be continued. IUB’s Office of Career Services offers students the opportunity to meet with Dr. Walter Hohlefelder, Member of the Board of Directors, E.ON Energie AG and Mr. Ralph Pesch, Member of the Board of Management, E.ON Bulgaria EAD.

[ Apr 25, 2006]  Dr. Hohlefelder and Mr. Pesch will present a talk entitled: "Status quo and future of nuclear power – political, technical and economical aspects."

E.ON Energie is Europe's largest privately owned provider of energy services. It has 17 million electricity and gas customers Europe-wide. It is a multinational corporation with a decentralized structure which is designed to cater for regional differences on the European energy market.

The lecture will be held in the Conference Room and starts at 7.30 h. It is followed by a discussion and a small reception.

Business Leaders meet IUB The lecture series “Business leaders meet IUB” is a platform for exchange between industry & commerce and students. Professionals from various industrial sectors and professions are invited to campus to lecture on a topic related to their every day business. The lecturers are also asked to discuss their own professional background and career path. Students are invited to inform themselves further about the presented topic itself and the profession, industrial area or organization to which the presenter(s) belong, in the discussion following the lecture.
