Second Full-Time Care Group for Kids

On August 1, the second group of daily full-time care for kids up to four years opens. The parent initiative IUB Kids e. V. offers bilingual German/English full-time care and a playgroup for preschool children of working parents in the IUB community and its neighborhood.

[ Jul 31, 2006]  In September 2005, the first group of eight kids started successfully. Due to the increased in demand in child care, IUB Kids opens a second group for up to ten babies and toddlers. From 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., two professional child educators care for the children. Both have collected international experiences. One only speaks German with the children, the other one only English. The program, including meals and sleep times of the children as well as a movement class in one of the campus sports hall, costs parents 300 euro monthly. Applications for next year must be handed in by March 31, 2007
