Jacobs University with Sprinter station wagon

„Stay in motion to meet the world“ - this was the motto on April 19, 2007, when Rainer Genes, manager of the Bremen DaimlerChrysler plant, and Erich Gebhardt, director of the Bremen Mercedes-Benz branch Weser-Ems handed over the keys for a new Mercedes-Benz Sprinter to Jacobs University’s president Joachim Treusch.

A loan for two years to start with the station wagon will be used to support members of the campus community in their scientific, cultural, and leisure activities in Bremen and hinterland. The silver metallic nine-seater will be adorned with Jacobs Univesity’s new insignia and the slogan „Sponsored by Mercedes-Benz in Bremen“.
