Room for Ideas – The International Conference Center

The International Conference Center is a spacious and light-flooded building forming the prestigious focal point of our university. Its facilities offer space for up to 600 people and room for conferences and exhibitions covering about 1,600 m2.

The architectural structure benefits from an impressive symbiosis of old and new elements. A huge glass front provides great views outside towards the park-like campus and beautifully contrasts with the classical red brick façade of the adjoining buildings and their straightforward design.

All-rounders – Rooms in the International Conference Center

		Foyer Generous architecture featuring columns combined with modern interior design defines the atmosphere of the Foyer. An impressive window front, stretching across the entire forefront, provides an inviting view towards the wide campus of Jacobs University Bremen. The Foyer is superbly suitable for classy dinners, distinguished product presentations, or simply for your guests to relax with coffee and cookies in between workshops. Size: 553,8 m2
		Conference Hall The Conference Hall seats as many as 300 people. The elegant, prestigious hall with parquet floor and muntin windows is ideal for festive receptions as well as lectures, company presentations or concerts. The Conference Hall features a movable stage. Size: 340,3 m2
		Conference Room The Conference Room is the perfect place for seminars, lectures or workshops. In this room 90 people can be seated. For distinguished events such as board meetings it can be furnished with sophisticated furniture. A tea kitchen is located next to the room. Size: 138,8 m2
		East Wing The open architecture of the East Wing offers an ideal setting for exhibitions and product presentations on 330 m2. This room can be furnished according to your individual needs. All rooms in the International Conference Center are accessible at ground level. The lighting in all rooms, except the Foyer, can be dimmed.

In addition, Jacobs University Bremen offers sixteen classrooms on campus for study groups or workshops suitable for up to 40 people. The Conrad Naber Lecture Hall grants your guests the experience of a traditional lecture theater with modern design and fixed seating for 170 people. All rooms are equipped with modern presentation technology.
