News: New Feedback System
The IRC Library now offers a new service to further improve our costumer centric support: GetSatisfaction. Integrated on our web site, this service allows our patrons asking questions, suggesting ideas, reporting problems and generally expressing their level of satisfaction with our various services.
To contribute, simply use the 'Feedback' tab on the right screen border. Simply write down your feedback and either send it off anonymously or registered after logging in with the various authentication methods supported (e.g. Facebook, Google, Open Id etc.) - allowing you to monitor your thread and be notified on any activity.
With GetSatisfaction the IRC library further invests in cost efficient, patron driven and state-of-the-art customer support.
