What is special about studying at Jacobs University? You’ll have an opportunity to find out on Saturday, November 5th, at the Open House on the campus of the private English-language university. The event is aimed at all those interested in getting a degree, as well as their parents and teachers. Admission is free.

Whether Preparatory Year, Bachelor, or Master program: At the Open House from 10:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., you’ll get an introduction to all the degree programs at Jacobs University. Visitors will also learn what is behind the three Focus Areas “Mobility,” “Health,” and “Diversity,” as well as the 3C Model “Choice-Core-Career.”

On a campus tour, visitors can get an impression of university life in the north of Bremen. They learn how students from more than 100 countries live and learn together, learn about the laboratories and research facilities in which they work with the professors, and about opportunities to engage in sports on the 34 hectare university campus.

More than 1200 young people from around the world study at Jacobs University, where the course offerings promote not only expert knowledge but in particular interdisciplinary thinking and intercultural competency. In talks with professors and students, visitors will get information on the prerequisites for admission, options for financing a course of study, and career opportunities after getting a degree.

Participation in the event is free of charge. If you would like to apply, you can do so at the website www.jacobs-university.de. Additional information is available at the phone number 0421 200-4200.
