Systems Management Workgroup

As logistics companies have to manage organizational resources and capabilities to fulfill the requirements of changing environments in open and global systems, Jacobs University’s Systems Management Working Group under the leadership of Prof. Hülsmann concentrates on new methods and approaches to deal with the adaption to such complex and dynamic structures. This includes the evaluation and application of technologies, the development of process layouts, market positioning and management concepts.
