SichtWeisen – Science linked with art!

Scientific topics can be presented in a vivid, exciting and entertaining fashion, as is proven by the award-winning lecture series »SichtWeisen« (ViewPoints) for nine years. In cooperation with the Jacobs University Bremen the Bremer concert hall "Die Glocke" presented from 2003-2011 highlights of current cutting-edge research and teaching at Jacobs University.

With its broad range of academic programs and unique transdisciplinary approach, Jacobs University offers a diverse range of interesting research topics. »SichtWeisen« poses questions which we face on an everyday basis and presents them from different viewpoints. Two experts with different backgrounds present their ideas on a common topic in a vivid fashion (in German). Artists, who interpret each topic from a "sensual" perspective, accompany them.
 

Entrance price: € 9,- | pupils and students € 6,- | Jacobs University students attend free of charge
