The Research Center TEAMS aims to explore the changing state-market-society-nexus in two regions of the world that since the end of the Cold War have experienced rapid transformations: Europe and Asia. It will also investigate the changing relations between Asia and Europe from imperialism through the Cold War to current processes of globalization.
