International Cook with Friends - Imvange- Rwanda Fresh, Fresh, Fresh Organic Fusion Cooking

In Kinyarwanda, which is a vibrant language of Bantu origin, Imvange means "mixture". Cooking in Rwanda is a fresh "from farm to table" event. The fresh ingredients are taken from the earth as gifts of nature and cooked into delicious organic "fusions" called Imvange. The emphasis is on creating delicious medleys. The spicy Imvange dishes are typically served as a whole meal and are preferably eaten in a gracious warm home environment with family and friends.....and this is what the "International Cook with Friends" event is all about. Welcome!
