Exhibitor Information

Participation / Registration for the fair

  • For registration, please only use this online form.
  • Upon receipt of your registration, the Career Services Center will get in contact with you and send a confirmation email to the person specified in the registration form.
  • After confirmation of your registration, we will get in touch with you regarding your company text and logo for marketing purposes.
  • Stands and on-site placement will be allocated by the Career Services Center. Due to limited space capacity, we might not be able to fulfill all booking requests.

Organizational Information for Exhibitors

  • The Jacobs Career Fair will be held on Wednesday, March 03, 2021, from 14:00 to 18:00. After the fair, all exhibitors are invited to a subsequent informal Networking Reception, going on until 20:00.
  • Stand assembly is possible from 8:00 onwards. Disassembly takes place after the event from 18:00 to 21:00.

  • With the exhibitor package, you will receive vouchers that enable up to three representatives of your respective company to establish a wireless internet connection.
  • With the exhibitor package, company representatives//exhibitors will also receive meal vouchers that can be redeemed during the Career Fair.
  • Jacobs University Bremen gGmbH bears no liability for exhibition material.
  • We are an English-speaking university with an international student body. We kindly ask you to provide a majority of your presentations and print material in English.

Information about Invoices and Cancellation

  • After the binding confirmation of your registration by the Career Services Center, you will receive an invoice for the total cost of your participation.
  • Payment of all invoices for the Career Fair are due two weeks after receival of the invoice.
  • In the case of a cancellation after December 1, 2020, we will charge 50% of the participation fees. For cancellation after January 15, 2021 or in case of the exhibitor’s absence on the day of the fair, we have to charge 100% of the participation fees.
  • In the case that the event is canceled, the exhibitor will be reimbursed with all incurred costs (according to the invoice).
