You do not require a visa for Germany for a short-term stay of up to 90 days. Please note that visa-free entry to Germany is generally possible only with a machine-readable, biometric passport. In addition, you may be required to show proof of return ticket, health insurance, and sufficient funds. These regulations do not apply to citizens of the EU as they enjoy unconditional freedom of movement.
