In response to the devastating earthquake in Turkey, Syria and neighboring communities on February 6th, Constructor University and Constructor Group have initiated efforts to support those impacted. The tremor, with a magnitude of 7.8, has reportedly affected thousands of individuals.

Constructor University and Constructor Group are launching their relief efforts by promoting a fundraiser on Groundbreaker, a nonprofit platform that works as a link between donors and local initiatives worldwide. This immediate support will help provide aid to those affected by the disaster.

“Our priority is to provide relief to those affected by the earthquake,” said Öznur Bell, Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Constructor University. “We aim to use our resources and platforms to provide immediate support online and on-site, which are crucially needed for thousands of affected people after this tragedy."

Student and faculty groups at the university are also exploring additional ways to support organizations in the affected areas through the provision of supplies and resources. With a diverse student body from over 110 countries, Constructor University has a history of swift and generous support for humanitarian causes.
